Dhamandeep (“Judge”) Judge is a Senior Regional Advisor Consultant with Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where he partners with financial advisors and institutions to navigate markets and build thoughtful investment strategies. Born in Amritsar, India, and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Judge brings a unique blend of cultural perspective and Southern roots to everything he does. He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biology from the University of Alabama — a foundation that reflects both analytical rigor and curiosity about the world.

Judge lives in Bellevue, Washington, with his wife, daughter, and their beloved dog. He is an active volunteer with First Tee and Junior PGA Golf, where he mentors young people in setting goals, building character, and developing lifelong skills both on and off the course.
